We always aim for the most cost-effective and favourable outcome. Professional fees can vary for many different reasons. 

These may include (but are not limited to): 

• The complexity of the matter,

• The amount of preparation required,

• The time spent at court,

• The number of times the matter is before the Court.

Our Fees:

Sentences in the Local Court: $1,100- $2,200 

Defended hearings: $2000 – $4,000 + GST

Additional Sentence Day: $400 p/hour preparation plus $1,000+ GST

Mid and High Range PCA: $1,500-$2000 + GST

Licence Appeals: $1000+ GST

Quash Habitual Offenders Declarations: $1,500 + GST

District Court Severity Appeals: $2000 - $5000 + GST

District Court All Ground Appeals: $3000 - $8000 + GST

District Court Sentences: $3000 - $8000 + GST

Supreme Court Bail: > $5,000 + GST
