Our principal lawyer, Bradley Gabb has been involved in the Criminal Law for over 35 years as a Detective with the NSW Police Force, an Investigator with the Roads & Maritime Service (RMS), a partner in the largest Criminal Law firm (O’Brien Winter Partners - OWP) in Newcastle, and a Senior Solicitor with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

We believe it’s experience that counts. Compiling an admissible brief of evidence is a skill that requires years of training and experience. Capitalising on his experience, Brad ensures any evidence against you is based on fact, and not mere suspicion to obtain the result you need. It is this experience we believe sets us apart from many Criminal and Traffic Law practitioners.

Brad also spent 6 years as an Investigator with the RMS, conducting investigations and prosecuting participants in the Authorised Inspection Stations (AIS) and Authorised Unregistered Vehicle Inspection Scheme (AUVIS). This experience is invaluable if you find yourself being audited or investigated by the RMS.    

We regularly appear in all Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter and Central Coast Local and District Courts.
